The International Data Corporation (IDC) has consistently ranked Salesforce as the #1 CRM provider in its 2024 Worldwide. This marks the 11th consecutive time that Salesforce has secured the top spot.
- According to IDC, in 2023, Salesforce's market share in CRM surged to 21.7%, surpassing that of any other CRM vendor, resulting in the company generating the highest revenue in the industry.
- Apart from being the top CRM provider globally, Salesforce holds the leading market share position for CRM in North America, Latin America, Western Europe, and Asia-Pacific (including Japan).
